I am due for a quick life catch up!

July was a busy one! 🇺🇸 We kicked things off with back-to-back-to-back Fourth of July celebrations (because apparently one round of fireworks and late nights wasn’t enough), then headed to Southern Colorado for a camping trip outside of Salida.

No cell service, no internet, camp-wide dinners, karaoke, a creek running through the campground, makeshift rafts, and approximately 47,000 sticks and rocks for the kids to throw. Basically, everything a ’90s summer should be. ❤️

We also made our way to the Royal Gorge for the first time in five years and spent a day exploring Salida before coming home and deciding that summer was also the perfect time for room makeovers. 🤦‍♀️ What started as “the kids need new bed frames” turned into Home Depot runs, furniture moving, sawing, drilling, and a little under-the-breath cursing. But the finished rooms were totally worth it!

In between all of that, I’ve also been staying busy keeping up with real estate—showings, clients, and everything that comes with a fast-moving summer market. It’s been a full season in every sense of the word but we have throughly enjoyed it!
