Real estate is more than a series of transactions. It is walking side by side with someone while they move through the steps and emotions of owning their own little piece of the world.

Awesome! ❤️
I read a stat the other day that said out of 1.6 million realtors that are licensed in the United States, 1.1 million of them did not close a single transaction during 2024. 🤯

I am so incredibly grateful for the clients, friends, vendors, mentors and every other person who has shown me so much support throughout my career. Each year I set big goals for myself and I continue to conquer them. That is, no doubt, thanks to the people in my life who keep showing up for me, trusting me, and supporting my business in more ways than I can count. Thank you all for helping make 2024 my best year yet! 💜It means the world to me! … See MoreSee Less

Dangerous cold is expected to hit our state this weekend. Please remember to keep your fury friends inside and protect your house for costly damage.🐶🏡
Here are a couple of tips to help stay warm.
.
1. Keep Cabinet Doors to Sinks Open: Keeping access doors open to pipes makes them warmer from household air.
2. Ceiling Fans Can Be Your Friend: Running a ceiling fan in a clockwise direction can push warmer air down from the ceiling, making your home warmer and more comfortable.
3. Weatherstrip Doors and Windows: This helps prevent drafts and any possible cold air that could come inside. If you don’t have weatherstripping, the next best thing is to use rolled towels to block the cold.
4. Open Door Policy: Keeping the interior doors of your home open can help the air circulate and maintain a more consistent heat level.
5. Be Mindful of Space Heaters: Make sure the heater’s cord is undamaged and plugged directly into an outlet instead of an extension cord. Keep space heaters at least 3 feet away from flammable objects like curtains and furniture. Never leave space heaters unattended.
.
STAY WARM, FRIENDS! ❄️ … See MoreSee Less
