    Today felt like a great day to re-share my most viral reel highlighting the benefits of purchasing a home with a south facing driveway vs a north facing driveway. After several inches of snow yesterday, my driveway is cleared and dry while my neighbor across the street has a layer of ice. 🥶 It may seem trivial but this is something that you will either love or hate once you settle into your home so make sure you are thinking about it when considering a purchase. ☺️
